The Institute of Company Secretaries of India will be closing the applications for Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) 2023: November session, on October 15, 2023.

The ICSI CSEET 2023 (Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test) is an entrance exam for the Company Secretary Executive Programme conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). It is a mandatory exam for students who wish to pursue the Company Secretary course.
Eligibility criteria
Education Qualification: Applicants who have completed or are currently pursuing their senior secondary (10+2) are eligible to apply and complete the CSEET exam application.
Age Limit: ICSI does not impose any age restrictions for candidates applying for the CSEET exam.

How to apply for ICSE CSEET 2023
Step 1: Go to the official website of ICSI CSEET.
Step 2: Find and click on the ‘latest updates’ section, then access the registration link.
Step 3: Review the guidelines and instructions carefully, then proceed by clicking the designated button.
Step 4: Complete the registration process by filling in the required details. Provide the necessary information in the application form.
Step 5: Submit the application fee and finalize the submission by clicking on the designated link.
Syllabus for the exam
The CSEET exam consists of four subjects, each carrying 50 marks.The first subject is Business Communication, where candidates are tested on their understanding and proficiency in various aspects of effective business communication.
The second subject is Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, which assesses the candidates’ comprehension and application of legal principles and logical reasoning skills.
The third subject, Economic & Business Environment, evaluates candidates’ knowledge of the economic and business landscape, including concepts related to the business environment.
Finally, the subject of Current Affairs, Presentation, and Communication Skills, along with Quantitative Aptitude, aims to test candidates’ awareness of current affairs, their presentation and communication skills, and their proficiency in solving quantitative problems.
Candidates who qualify the CSEET exam will be eligible to register for the CS Executive Programme. The CS Executive Programme is a three-year programme that consists of two modules. After completing the CS Executive Programme, candidates will be eligible to appear for the CS Professional Programme, which is the final stage of the CS course.
