IGNOU June term-end exam 2025: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced the opening of the exam submission portal for its June 2025 Term-End Examinations (TEE). This online portal is specifically for students enrolled in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and online programmes. The exams are scheduled to begin on June 2, 2025, and eligible students are advised to submit their examination forms at the earliest to ensure smooth participation.
The submission process has already begun, and students can submit their forms through the Samarth platform on the official IGNOU examination portal. The last date for submitting the exam form without a late fee is April 20, 2025. For those who miss this deadline, a late submission period will run from April 21 to April 27, 2025, with an additional late fee of Rs. 1,100.
Important dates for exam form submission
IGNOU has set strict deadlines for the submission of examination forms for the June 2025 TEE. Students can submit their forms between March 15, 2025, and April 20, 2025, without any late fee. However, those who miss this initial window will have to pay an additional fee of Rs. 1,100. The late submission period will end on April 27, 2025. IGNOU has clarified that these deadlines will not be extended, urging students to fill their forms well in advance.
Examination mode and centre selection
When filling out the exam form, students must choose between the Pen and Paper Mode or Computer-Based Test (CBT) Mode, as well as select their preferred exam centre. Importantly, once the exam form is submitted, requests for changes to the selected exam centre or course options will not be entertained.
Instructions for practical/lab courses
Students enrolled in practical or lab-based courses, including those in the BLIS programme, must contact their respective Regional Centres for specific exam venues and schedules. Additionally, it is essential that students verify their programme’s validity before submitting the exam form. Any questions about programme validity can be directed to the Registrar, Student Registration Division, via email or phone.

Other essential details
IGNOU also emphasised that students must check their December 2024 TEE results before submitting the form for June 2025. Moreover, students are advised to carefully review all instructions available on the Samarth Portal to avoid any errors during submission. The university also mentioned that in case of unforeseen circumstances, it reserves the right to reschedule or cancel examinations at any exam centre.
For further assistance, students can reach out to the exam branch via email at termendexam@ignou.ac.in.
