IIM Mumbai achieved 100% placement for its Class of 2025, with a 10% increase in job offers. Healthcare job offers surged by 130%.

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai has achieved an impressive 100% placement rate for its Class of 2025, with a notable 10% increase in the total number of job offers compared to the previous year. A total of 198 companies participated in the placement process, contributing to the institute’s continued success.

In an official statement, IIM Mumbai highlighted that the top 10% of the graduating batch received an average annual salary of Rs 47.5 lakh, while the top 20% and top 50% secured packages of Rs 41.2 lakh and Rs 34.1 lakh, respectively. The overall salary packages saw a 5% increase compared to last year.

IIM Mumbai Placement 2025: Accenture Top Recruiter

The placement season also saw the participation of over 40 first-time recruiters, with Accenture leading the way as the top recruiter, extending 41 offers with an average package of Rs 45.37 lakh. PwC India and PwC US Advisory followed closely, offering 18 and 10 positions, respectively. Notable recruiters such as Alvarez & Marsal, OfBusiness, Praxis Global Alliance, Vodafone Idea, Workday, and ZS also contributed to the expanded placement opportunities.

IIM Mumbai Placement 2025: Surge In Healthcare Sector Job Offers

The pharmaceuticals and healthcare sectors saw a remarkable 130% surge in offers, while the retail and e-commerce sectors experienced a 47.73% increase in placements.

“IIM Mumbai’s expansion of its curriculum in areas such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and data analytics has further cemented its position as a leader in preparing students for the evolving business landscape,” said the release.
