Indian Army Recruitment 2023: Applications Invited For 139th TGC To Fill 30 Vacancies – News18

Indian Army has started inviting application forms for the 139th Technical Graduate Course (TGC) which will commence in July 2024. The course training will be conducted at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun. Interested candidates can apply through the official website of the Indian Army- https://joinindianarmy.nic.in/.

The last date to apply is October 26, 2023. Through this recruitment drive, the Indian army aims to fill a total of 30 vacancies. It will include 7 posts each in Computer Science, Mechanical and Civil categories. The seats are also available in Electrical, Electronics and Engineering streams. The applicants can choose their preferred categories before submitting the application forms.

Step 2: Register yourself by submitting your basic contact details such as contact number and email address

Step 3: Access the application form with registered ID and Password

Step 4: Fill out the form by entering your required details

Step 5: Upload the required documents

Step 6: Pay the necessary application fee

Step 7: Submit and download the application form.

The applicants who have successfully completed or are pursuing their final year of Engineering degree are eligible to apply for the post. The minimum age of the candidate required by the Indian Army is 20 years while the maximum age allowed is 27 years.

According to the recruitment notification, the selection process of shortlisting the candidates will depend upon the SSB interview and the mark scored in the Engineering course. The merit list will be prepared by the sum of the marks from both exams.

The salary of the candidate after getting selected for the TGC will be in the range of Rs 56,000 to Rs 2,50,000. Along with the monthly salary, the selected candidates will also get additional benefits which include different allowances.
