ITBP Recruitment 2023: Application process begins for 297 Medical Officer posts, apply here – Times of India

NEW DELHI: The Indo Tibetan Border Police Force has invited applications from eligible candidates for the post of Medical Officer in CAPFs under the ITBP recruitment 2023 process. The ITBP MO application process has been commenced from today, February 15, 2023. Interested candidates can apply online from the official website – recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in.
The last date for the submission of online application form is March 16, 2023. Candidates who wish to apply for ITBP MO Recruitment 2023 are suggested to not wait until the last days to submit the application form rather they should do it as soon as possible to avoid any last minute issues like server down, etc.
The ITBP recruitment 2023 drive is being conducted to fill up a total of 297 vacant posts, of these vacancies, 185 are for Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant), 107 are for Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant) and 5 are for Super Specialist Medical Officers (Second in Command).

How to apply for ITBP Recruitment 2023?
Step 1: Visit the official website – recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, go to ‘NEW USER REGISTRATION’ and register yourself.
Step 3: Login using your details and apply for the desired post.
Step 4: Fill in the application form, upload asked documents, pay the online fee and submit the form.
Step 5: Download the application form and take a printout of the same for further use.
ITBP 2023 Recruitment for MO: Eligibility Criteria
Super Specialist MO: The candidates should not be more than 50 years of age and needs to be a graduate in MBBS and Doctorate of Medicine (DM) or Magister Chirurgiae (M.Ch).
Specialist MO: The candidates should not exceed the age limit of 40 years and should have Postgraduate degree in relevant specialty.
Medical Officer: The applicant must be maximum 30-year-old and should be an MBBS.
ITBP MO Recruitment 2023: Application Fees
Male candidates from UR/OBC/EWS categories need to pay Rs 400 as application fees whereas the candidates from SC/ST/Female and Ex-Servicemen categories are exempted from paying the online application fees.
ITBP MO Recruitment 2023: Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of document verification and interview, followed by PST and medical examination.
