The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) on May 20 announced the Class 8 board exam results. Students who appeared for the exam can check their JAC Class 8 results 2025 from the official websites — jacresults.com or jac.jharkhand.gov.in. Last year, JAC Class 8 result was declared on May 29.
According to reports, the pass percentage this year stands at 94.39 per cent. Out of the total 5,18,023 registered students, as many as 4,99,972 appeared for the exam. A total of 18,051 students were absent. As per reports, 4,71,937 students passed and 42,202 students obtained marginal marks. The result of 2,606 students were marked as incomplete.
The pass percentages in female, male and transgender students last year was 94.37 per cent, 93.03 per cent and 91.96 per cent, respectively. This year, the pass percentages in female, male and transgender students are 94.49 per cent, 94.29 per cent and 92.11 per cent, as per reports.

Step 1: Go to any of the official websites – jacresults.com or jac.jharkhand.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the designated JAC Class 8 result 2025 link available
Step 3: Submit required login credentials including roll number and date of birth
Step 4: Jharkhand Board 8th Result 2025 will appear on the screen
Step 5: View and download mark sheet PDF
Students qualifying Jharkhand board Class 8 exams can now apply for admission to Class 9. The result marksheet can be collected from the school principals.
