The Jamia Millia Islamia is set to close the online application window for 2025 admission cycle. The last date to apply for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), including BTech and BArch programmes, is April 10, 2025. Candidates can apply by visiting the official portal at admission.jmi.ac.in.
This year, admissions to 25 programmes will be based on CUET scores. These include 9 UG, 5 PG, 8 diploma, and 3 advanced diploma programmes.
Additionally, JMI will conduct entrance tests for 29 programmes in 9 cities across India to boost regional representation and reduce the need for travel to Delhi.

JMI introduces new UG, PG and certificate courses
This year, Jamia has introduced 14 new courses this academic year aimed at strengthening academic innovation and skill-based education. These programmes span design, computer science, fine arts, and several certificate-level offerings, many of which are self-financed and conducted in the evening.

Reduced application fee for international applicants
In an effort to attract more international applicants, JMI has also announced reduced application fees for candidates from SAARC countries and revised fee structures for foreign, NRI applicants applying to diploma programmes. Two seats in the BDS programme have been earmarked for foreign students, and PhD applicants from abroad can now participate in admission interviews online.
