JEE Main 2025 Session 1 Exam will begin from today. JEE Main 2025 Admit Card for exams on January 22, 23 and 24 are available on the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.

JEE Main 2025 Session 1 Exam: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will start the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 Session 1 exam today, January 22, 2025. Paper 1 will be held on January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29, while Paper 2 will be conducted on January 30, 2025.

For paper 1, the exam will have two shifts each day: the first from 9 AM to 12 PM, and the second from 3 PM to 6 PM. On January 30, Paper 2A (B.Arch), Paper 2B (B.Planning), and the combined Paper 2A & 2B will take place in a single shift from 3 PM to 6:30 PM.

JEE Main 2025 Admit Card Details

The NTA will release the admit cards for the JEE Main exams scheduled on January 28 to 30 soon. Candidates can download their hall tickets from the official NTA website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, by using their application number and date of birth.

Admit cards for the exams on January 22, 23, and 24 have been released and are available on the official website.

JEE Main 2025: Things To Carry In Exam Hall

Candidates must bring the following items to the exam centre along with their JEE Main admit card:

  1. Photo ID Proof: An original, valid photo ID issued by the government (such as a PAN card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhaar card with photo, E-Aadhar, Ration Card, or Aadhaar enrollment number with photo).
  2. Passport-size Photograph: The same photo uploaded with the online application form. This will be pasted on the attendance sheet at the exam centre.
  3. Self-Declaration Form: A duly filled self-declaration form (Undertaking) downloaded from the NTA website.
  4. Transparent Ballpoint Pen: A transparent ballpoint pen for writing.
  5. Personal Transparent Water Bottle: A clear water bottle for personal use.
  6. Diabetic Candidates: Sugar tablets or whole fruits are allowed for diabetic candidates.

Overview Of JEE Main Exam Structure

  • Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech): Contains 90 questions, with 30 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Section A includes 20 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) per subject, while Section B features 5 mandatory numerical questions per subject.
  • Paper 2A (B.Arch): Consists of 77 questions covering Mathematics, Aptitude, and Drawing. The Drawing section carries increased weightage, accounting for 30% of the total marks.
  • Paper 2B (B.Planning): Includes 100 questions across Mathematics, Aptitude, and Planning sections.
