JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Revision Plan, Preparation Tips: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to start the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 session 2 exam from April 2 and will continue till April 9. The BTech and BE papers will be held on April 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 and paper 2A and 2B (BArch and BPlanning papers) will be held on April 9.

“The elimination method saves you time and boosts your chances of selecting the correct option in the JEE Main 2025 question paper,” says Sandeep Mehta, IIT alumnus and co-founder of Vidyamandir Classes.

To score more marks and score above the cut-off, he emphasizes:

– You do not need to solve the problem entirely but eliminate wrong answers using common sense, math, and patterns

– Use dimensional analysis in physics, periodic trends in inorganic chemistry, and substitution in mathematics to verify answers quickly

Avoid common exam hall mistakes  

Ramesh Batlish, managing partner and centre head-Noida/Greater Noida at FIIT JEE, warns against common pitfalls in JEE Main 2025 including:

– Read all instructions carefully to avoid silly errors like misfiling OMR sheets or skipping sections

– Trust your first instinct and don’t overthink unless you’re sure there’s a mistake

– Stay calm, don’t panic. Drink water and take deep breaths if needed

– Revise and review regularly. Skipping this can lead to forgetting key information
