JKSSB Recruitment Exam 2023: JKSSB postpones JE, Accounts Assistant, Patwari exams – Times of India

JKSSB Exam 2023: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has postponed recruitment exams that were scheduled to be conducted between March 16 and April 5, 2023. Candidates who are preparing for the exam can check the official notice at jkssb.nic.in.
“It is hereby notified that the Computer Based Examinations for various posts scheduled from 16th March 2023 to 5th April 2023 are hereby deferred till further intimation,” reads official JKSSB notice.

The information was also shared by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) through its official Twitter handle. “The Computer Based Examinations for various posts scheduled w.e.f. 16.03.2023 to 05.04.2023 are deferred till further intimation,” reads Twitter post.

The recruitment exams that are impacted by this decision include Junior Engineer (Civil) and Patwari under Revenue Department. The JKSSB Accounts Assistant exam which was scheduled to be conducted in Computer Based Written Test (CBT) mode from March 16 to April 1, 2023 has also been postponed. The recruitment drive is being conducted for 972 posts of Accounts Assistant (Finance Department).
