Additionally, candidates must respond to any document verification queries raised by the verification officer through their respective login portals by 5 pm on Thursday, June 20.

It is important to note that candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee even if they wish to upgrade their allotted seat. Those aiming for better allotments in the subsequent rounds should opt for the slide or float options while completing the seat acceptance fee payment.

Candidates who have been allotted a seat in JoSAA Counselling round 1 and have chosen the float or slide options will be eligible for a fresh allotment in round 2. Similarly, those who did not receive a seat in round 1 may still get an allotment in the upcoming rounds.

Subsequently, the round 2 seat allotment result will be announced on Saturday, June 21 at 5 pm.
