The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has announced the results of the state 2nd PUC exam 2 on May 16, 2025. The 2025 Karnataka PUC II exam 2 results saw an overall pass percentage of 31.27 per cent. Girls outperformed boys while commerce is the best-performing stream.
Students who took the exam can check their results by visiting the official website at karresults.nic.in or kseab.karnataka.gov.in. It is also available at pue.karnataka.gov.in, and manabadi.co.in. Alternatively, if the website crashes or the internet is not working, students can access their scores via SMS and DigiLocker.
The Karnataka 2nd PUC exam 2 took place from April 24 to May 8, 2025, in 332 centers across the state. A total of 1,94,077 students participated in the exam out of which 60,692 passed. As many as 71,964 students reappeared for the exam only to improve their scores of which 41,719 were successful.
In the exam 2 results, girls obtained a pass rate of 36.38 per cent. The pass percentage for boys is recorded at 34.34 per cent. The pass percentage of science stream is 35.14 per cent, commerce is 35.74 per cent and arts stream recorded the lowest pass rate at 25.38 per cent.
Students must score a minimum of 33 per cent marks to pass the Karnataka PUC 2nd exam. Those who miss the minimum requirement will be provided grace marks. Teachers can only give up to 5 per cent grace marks to the students. Students unsatisfied with their scores can apply for revaluation.
Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2 Results 2025: Exam 3 Registration
Students can register for Exam 3 from May 16 to May 26, 2025, at their respective colleges. The application fee for Exam 3 is Rs 175 per subject for first-time candidates and Rs 350 for those reappearing. The Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 3 will be conducted from June 9 to June 21, 2025, across the state.
