Karnataka NMMS 2023 registration begins at kseab.karnataka.gov.in; eligibility, application link here – Times of India

Karnataka NMMS Exam 2023: The Karnataka School Quality Assessment and Accreditation Council (KSQAAC) has started the registration process for the Karnataka NMMS 2023. Students of class 8th can register for the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship through the official website of the Board at kseab.karnataka.gov.in.
The Karnataka NMMS 2023 registration will be active from September 13 to October 04. The NMMS 2024 examination will be conducted on December 17. The Mental Ability Test (MAT) or Paper 1 will be conducted from 10:30 AM to 12:00 Noon, and the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or Paper 2 will be held from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
Eligibility
• Only students studying in Class 8th in the academic session 2023-24 in government, aided and local body schools are eligible to apply for NMMS Examination 2023.
• Students who want to apply must have secured at least 55% marks or equivalent grade in the 7th class examination.
Note: Students of residential schools are not eligible to apply for the NMMS Examination 2023. Also, students of Central Universities and Military Schools are also not eligible for this examination.

How to apply for Karnataka NMMS Exam 2023?
Step 1. Visit the official website at sslc.karnataka.gov.in
Step 2.
On the homepage, click on the ‘NMMS (National Means Cum Merit Scholarship Scheme)’ link
Step 3. Click on the application link and fill out the details
Step 4. Upload all the necessary documents and pay the fee
Step 5. After filling details, click on the submit application button
Step 6. Download and take a printout of the form for future reference
