The Directorate of General Education, Kerala, has announced the second allotment results for Kerala HSCAP on June 9. Eligible candidates can check their results online at hscap.kerala.gov.in. At the time of admission, students should carry the following:
– Original SSLC mark sheet
– Transfer Certificate (TC)
– Passport-size photographs
– Other documents as specified by the authority
Failure to report within the deadline may lead to cancellation of the allotment. Students not satisfied with the current allotment can wait for the subsequent rounds. This year, more than 64,000 additional seats have been added as a contingency measure in case of shortages. The third seat allotment list will be out on June 16, with classes to commence from June 18 onwards.
The recent allotment round included 318,574 seats, with 243,155 seats filled, achieving a 76.33% allotment rate. This round resulted in 21,887 new admissions, leaving 75,419 seats vacant.
