The supplementary exams, called the Save a Year exams, will be conducted by the board for students who will fail, allowing them to improve their marks.  Students who will not be satisfied with their results will be able to apply for rechecking of their sheets by paying a prescribed fee online. The details regarding this will be announced by the board on the official website soon after the result declaration. 

In 2024, the result of SSLC Class 10 board exams was declared by the Kerala General Education in a press conference on May 8. The exams were conducted by the board between March 4 and March 25, 2024. Out of the total students who appeared for the exams in 2024, a total of 4,25, 563 students passed the exam. The pass percentage was 99.69 per cent.  A total of 892 government schools, 1,139 aided schools and 443 un-aided schools had achieved 100 per cent passing percentage in Kerala board Class 12 result in 2024. 

The Kerala board Class 10 marksheet will contain the details about the students along with their marks in different subjects. The marksheet, which the students can download from the official website, will be provisional in nature. To get their original marksheet, students will be required to visit their respective schools a few days after the result declaration.
