What is the LAHDSSRB Teacher Posts Eligibility and Age Limit?

The eligibility criteria and age limit have been released by the examination authority. Candidates can refer to the official notification for details.

Educational Qualification: The candidate should have completed

• Graduation in any discipline from any recognised University
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed. ),
• Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) I and II

Age Limit: The age limit for the posts is 18–40 years as of the cut-off date (i.e., candidates must have been born not earlier than January 1, 1983, and not later than January 1, 2005). However, relaxation of age will be given to reserved category candidates.

LAHDSSRB Teacher Selection Procedure

The candidate will be selected solely on the basis of their performance in a written examination. There will be an OMR-based written examination consisting of objective-type multiple-choice questions for the posts with a minimum educational qualification of graduate level. The total duration of the written examination will be 1 hour and 30 minutes. The details of subjects, marks, and number of questions subject-wise will be as given below

The selected candidates will be placed at the pay level – 5 (29200-92300). Additionally, DA, other perquisites and allowances will be provided as per the government norms
