The University of Mumbai has released the third merit list for its undergraduate courses. Candidates who applied for various UG course can check merit list at the official website – mu.ac.in. Students who had applied for BA, BCom, BSc, BMS, BAF, BMM, BBI and BFM, among others, can check if they have secured a seat in the MU third merit list.
Candidates allotted a seat in the third round of MU UG admission 2025 must complete document verification between June 6 and 10. They will also need to pay seat acceptance fees and submit an undertaking form with required documents.

Step 2. Look for the third merit list link on the homepage.
Step 3. Enter your login credentials generated during registration.
Step 4. Click submit to view the merit list.
Step 5. Check, download, and save the merit list for future reference.

Candidates who have been chosen are required to complete the document verification process and fee payment. Students must carry their original documents and photocopies of:

This year, Mumbai University has received over 8.1 lakh applications for various courses. The breakdown includes 3.80 lakh applications for commerce and allied courses, while the traditional BA course in the arts stream has received fewer than 50,000 applications.
The Mumbai University merit list is prepared based on factors such as marks obtained in the qualifying exam, available seats, and student category. To confirm admission, candidates are required to submit necessary documents, including Class 12 and 10 marksheets, valid ID proof, transfer certificate, and caste certificate (if applicable), ensuring a smooth verification process for secured admissions.

The first merit list was released May 27. Each list will be followed by a document verification and fee payment window of two to three days. Students will also have the chance to upgrade their college or course preference.
