NEET UG Answer Key 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the answer key for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2025. Though the NTA has not confirmed the date and time of the release of the answer key, candidates will be able to check and download the answer key through the official website – neet.nta.nic.in, once released.

How To Download NEET UG 2025 Answer Key?

Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA NEET — neet.nta.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the link that says “NEET UG 2025 Answer Key” on the homepage

Step 3: Enter your application number, date of birth, and security pin

Step 4: Click on the “Submit” button

Step 5: The NEET UG 2025 answer key will be displayed on the screen

Step 6: Download the answer key and save it for reference

How To Calculate NEET UG 2025 Marks?

Step 1: Download the official NEET UG 2025 answer key from neet.nta.nic.in

Step 2: Cross-check your responses with the correct answers in the official answer key

Step 3: Use the NEET marking scheme:

+4 marks for every correct answer

-1 mark for every incorrect answer

0 marks for unanswered questions

Step 4: Count the total number of correct answers and multiply by 4

Step 5: Count the total number of incorrect answers and multiply by 1

Step 6: Subtract the total of incorrect answers from the total of correct answers:

NEET Score = (Correct Answers × 4) – (Incorrect Answers × 1)

Step 7: The result is your estimated NEET UG 2025 score

The NTA conducted the NEET UG 2025 exam on May 4 for admissions to medical colleges across India. Around 22 lakh students from across the country appeared for the exam. According to candidates, this year’s paper stood out for being significantly different.

Many found the Chemistry and Physics sections particularly tough. While some students felt the overall paper was manageable, others described it as more challenging than previous years and quite unlike the sample papers they had practised with.
