The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially declared the NEET UG 2025 results on June 14 at neet.nta.nic.in. This year, over 22.7 lakh aspirants appeared for the highly competitive medical entrance exam conducted on May 4 across more than 4,800 centres in India and abroad. The result marks a crucial turning point for lakhs of students aspiring for MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, and other allied medical courses. The scorecards include subject-wise marks, total percentile, All India Rank (AIR), and qualifying status. With the final answer key already published earlier today, students can now access their official marks. What’s included in the NEET UG 2025 result ?
The NEET UG result is released in the form of a scorecard. Candidates can check their:
- Total and subject-wise marks
- Percentile scores
- All India Rank (AIR)
- Category-wise rank
- NEET qualifying status

NEET UG 2025 Cut Off, Qualifying Criteria
The qualifying percentiles are as follows:
- General/EWS: 50th percentile
- SC/ST/OBC: 40th percentile
- General-PwD: 45th percentile
Actual cut-off marks vary each year based on exam difficulty and candidate performance. The detailed cut-off list, including category-wise qualifying marks, is available on the official website.
What’s Next?
After the declaration of NEET UG results, qualified candidates will be able to participate in the counselling process.
- 15% All India Quota (AIQ) counselling will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) at mcc.nic.in.
- 85% State Quota counselling will be handled by respective state authorities.
- Students should keep key documents ready: NEET UG result, admit card, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, photo ID, domicile and category certificates, etc.
- Rounds will include: Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up, and Stray Vacancy round.
