OSSC CGL Recruitment 2023: Notification Released For 495 Posts, Application Begins Oct 14 – News18

The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has released a notification for the Odisha Combined Graduate Level Recruitment Examination (CGLRE) 2023. This exam aims to fill 495 positions in Groups B and C, such as Auditor, Junior Assistant, Junior Accountant, and other roles, in various departments throughout the state of Odisha.

Candidates can begin applying for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) positions online from October 14. The deadline for submitting the online application is November 11. Candidates who are interested and meet the qualifications can apply for the Odisha Combined Graduate Level (CGL) 2023 vacancies on the official website, ossc.gov.in. Additionally, candidates have the opportunity to edit the online application from October 14 to November 17.

OSSC CGL Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a degree in any discipline from any recognised university. Candidates should have computer knowledge such as proficiency in the use of the computer internet, e-mail, word processing, data analysis, and presentation.

Age Limit: Candidates willing to apply must be between 21 to 38 years of age. There are age relaxations for candidates belonging to reserved categories.

Step 1: Navigate to the official website — ossc.gov.in

Step 2: Now, tap on the link Apply Online Tab on the home page.

Step 3: Choose the New User/Registered User as per your status.

Step 4: Fill in other details including the post applied for, the name of the candidate, date of birth, and others to the concerned link and upload the required documents.

Step 5: Candidates are advised to take a printout of the online forms.

OSSC CGL Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

Candidates will be chosen for these positions based on how well they perform in three levels of testing, including prelims, mains/skill tests, and certificate verification. The CGLRE will be held in the computer-based test mode to be held in multiple batches using different sets of question papers “to offset the difficulty level” of the exam, the official notice by OSSC stated.
