RBSE class 12 result 2025: The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) will announce the Class 12 results for all three streams—Arts, Science, and Commerce—on May 22, 2025, at 5 PM. The official result declaration will take place at the RBSE headquarters in Ajmer, with the education minister Madan Dilawar expected to join the announcement online.A senior RBSE official confirmed that preparations are complete and the result will be made available online immediately after the official declaration. Over 8 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 board examinations this year, and they will be able to access their results via the official portals: rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in, rajresults.nic.in, and rajshaladarpan.nic.in. A notable disruption occurred when the Business Studies paper, originally scheduled for March 23, was cancelled due to the question paper being identical to the 2024 version. The rescheduled exam was successfully held on April 9, 2025. Practical exams were also conducted at the school level, with regular candidates appearing between January 9 and February 8, and private candidates from February 1 to February 8.Across all streams, 8,93,616 students registered for the examination. This year, 2,73,984 registered for Science, 28,250 in Commerce and 5,87,475 students for Humanities. In 2024, the Arts stream saw approximately 6,04,745 students appear, while 27,339 students took the Commerce stream exams, and 2,32,005 candidates appeared for the Science stream.Pass percentages from previous year set high expectationsIn the 2024 academic year, RBSE recorded high pass percentages across all streams. Commerce students achieved a pass rate of 98.95%, followed by Science at 97.73%, and Arts at 96.88%. Girls consistently outperformed boys across the streams. In the Arts stream, girls had a pass percentage of 97.21%, compared to 95.44% for boys. Similarly, in Science, girls secured 97.57%, while boys achieved 95.98%.Options for re-evaluation and supplementary exams availableStudents who fail in one or two subjects will have the chance to appear for supplementary examinations, likely to be held later in 2025, with results expected by September. Fees remain consistent with last year—Rs 600 for regular candidates and Rs 100 per practical subject. Students wishing to apply for re-evaluation or rechecking can do so within two weeks of the result declaration, at a fee of Rs 300 per subject.
