Rank Ceremony of Capt. Dr. Farooq A. Dar Held

Aligarh : Capt. Dr. Farooq A. Dar has been promoted from Lieutenant to Captain on June 24, 2004, after successfully completing a refresher training program at the Officers Training Academy (OTA), Kamptee, Maharashtra. A rank ceremony was held at 8 UP Bn NCC Headquarters, where Commanding Officer Col. Ajay Lumba and Adm. Officer Col. Yogendra Singh Chauhan presented the rank insignia. Fellow officers, SM, PI, and civil staff attended. Capt. Dar recently received the Director General NCC commendation for his outstanding performance during the training course.
