RITES Assistant Manager Eligibility and Age Limit

The eligibility criteria and age limit have been released by the examination authority. Candidates can refer to the official notification for details.

Educational Qualification: The candidate should have qualified as a chartered accountant or cost accountant from a recognised institute with two years of experience.

Age Limit: The maximum age of the candidate as of the last date of the online application should be 32 years. However, relaxation of age will be given to reserved category candidates.

RITES Assistant Manager Selection Procedure

The candidate will be selected solely on the basis of their performance in a written examination and interview. The weightage of the written exam and interview will be as follows

• Written Test – 60%
• Interview – 40% (Technical and Professional proficiency – 30%; Personality Communication and Competency – 10%)

In a written exam, there will be 125 objective type questions, each carrying one mark, for a duration of 2.5 hours. There will be no negative marking system applicable and therefore, no marks will be deducted in case of an incorrect answer

RITES Assistant Manager Salary

The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs 40000–1,40000 at the basic pay of Rs 40,000. In addition to Basic pay, candidates would be paid DA, fixed or variable allowances as applicable to the scale, performance-related Related Pay, Medical facilities, HRA/Lease accommodation, attractive superannuation package consisting of contribution to PF, Gratuity as per Gratuity Act and a post-retirement Medical Scheme
