According to the RRB’s official notice, “The link for viewing the Exam City & Date and downloading of Travel Authority for SC/ST candidates will be made live 10 days prior to the exam date on the official websites of all RRBs.”

Further, the downloading of admit cards (E-Call letters) will begin four days before the exam date mentioned in the Exam City and Date intimation.

How to download the RRB JE CBT 2 admit card?

Candidates can follow these steps to check and download their admit card once it is released:

Step 1: Visit the official regional website of RRB.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link titled ‘RRB JE CBT 2 admit card’ (once available).
Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Enter the required login credentials and submit.
Step 5: The admit card will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Review the details, download the document, and print a copy for future use.

Additionally, the RRB has advised candidates to complete their Aadhaar verification in advance for hassle-free entry. The notice states, “Candidates are advised to authenticate their identification through Aadhaar verification, if not done already, by logging in with their credentials at rrbapply.gov.in to facilitate smooth entry into the examination center.”

The official notice also specifies that Aadhaar-linked biometric verification will be conducted at the examination center before entry into the exam hall. Candidates are required to carry either their original Aadhaar card or a printed e-verified Aadhaar copy.
