RRB NTPC Exam Dates 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the examination schedule for the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) recruitment exam 2025. Candidates who have registered for RRB NTPC 2025 will be eligible to appear for the examination. The CBT (Computer-Based Test) for graduate-level posts is scheduled to be conducted from June 5 to June 23, with admit cards set to be released on June 1.
This RRB NTPC recruitment drive has attracted over 1.21 crore applicants competing for 8,113 graduate-level vacancies, which include positions such as Station Master, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Junior Clerk cum Typist, and Senior Clerk. The examination schedule for undergraduate-level posts will be announced in due course.
Candidates who completed their RRB NTPC registration between September 14 and October 13, are eligible to appear for the examination, which will be conducted in multiple stages, in multiple shifts across various centres throughout the nation.
RRB NTPC Exam Dates 2025: When will admit card, exam city-slip be out?
Candidates can expect their city intimation slips to be available from 25 April 2025, providing details about their allotted exam center. The RRB NTPC admit card 2025 will be accessible four days before the exam (01 June) on the respective regional RRB websites. To download the admit card, candidates must log in using their User ID, password, and Captcha Code. The hall ticket will include crucial details such as exam date, shift timing, reporting time, and exam center address.
RRB NTPC Exam Dates 2025: Question pattern, marking scheme
The RRB NTPC 2025 selection process comprises multiple stages, beginning with Computer-Based Test (CBT) 1, which includes 100 objective-type questions from three key sections: General Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence and Reasoning.
Candidates who qualify in CBT 1 will move on to CBT 2, the second stage of the selection process. Those who clear CBT 2 will then undergo skill tests (where applicable), followed by document verification and medical examinations as part of the final selection.
The exam follows a defined marking scheme, with one-third of a mark deducted for each incorrect answer in both CBTs. The syllabus remains consistent across stages, covering General Awareness, Mathematics, and Reasoning, testing candidates’ knowledge, accuracy, and aptitude.
