The State Bank of India (SBI) is conducting its Probationary Officer (PO) preliminary examination 2025 currently. The first exam was held on March 8th, and the next one will be conducted on March 16, and 24, 2025. Through this recruitment, SBI will fill 600 PO vacancies.
The SBI PO Cut Off 2025, representing the minimum qualifying marks for each stage, will be released on the official website, sbi.co.in, once the results are declared. Candidates can use the previous year’s cut-off marks to understand expected cut off marks for this year.
SBI PO Prelims Exam 2025: Category-Wise Expected Cut Off Marks
As per reports, the difficulty level of the exam is moderate. Let’s take a look at the expected SBI PO Prelims Cut-Off 2025 for various categories is as follows:
General: 50-55
Other Backward Class: 49-54
Economically Weaker Section: 50-55
Schedule Caste: 43-48
Schedule Tribe: 38-43
SBI PO Prelims Exam Pattern 2025
The prelims exam is being held online and consists of three sections – English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. There are 100 multiple-choice questions carrying 100 marks in total, and the exam duration is one hour. For every wrong answer, one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted. However, if a question is left unanswered, no marks will be deducted.
SBI PO Prelims Exam 2025: What’s Next?
Those who clear the preliminary exam will next be called for the main exam. The last stage in the selection process includes a Psychometric Test, Group Exercise, and Interview. The final selection will be based on performance in this round.
