SBI PO Psychometric Test, Group Exercise, and Interview 2024: The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the dates for group activities and interviews on its official website. The candidates who took the main examination can check the dates for the final selection procedure of the SBI PO.

As per the latest notice, the SBI PO Psychometric Test will be conducted from January 16 onwards, whereas the group exercise and interview will be conducted on the same day, i.e., from January 21 onwards.

What is the SBI PO Psychometric Test?

The psychometric test for SBI PO will be conducted for 90 minutes. The SBI PO psychometric test will be conducted online. The purpose of psychometric tests is to evaluate a person’s cognitive abilities, behavioural characteristics, and other psychological characteristics. These examinations may consist of a variety of measures, including psychological tests, situational judgement tests, and personality assessments.

How do I prepare for the SBI PO psychometric test?

The candidate who clears the main examination will be called for the psychometric test. The candidates should understand the various patterns followed for the psychometric test. Check some of the tips listed below to get ready for the test

Getting into the format: Check the format of the test and get familiar with the typical psychometric assessments asked, usually in the SBI PO selection process. Dress code of SBI PO Group Exercise and Interview

It is very important to dress professionally for the group exercise and interview. Below are some of the tips listed that a candidate should do on the day of interview

• You must stick to a formal dress code when attending an interview. Formal attire shows a person’s sincerity towards the interviewer and the firm, as well as their outstanding managerial skills.
• For an interview, it’s always a good idea to wear something in a bright colour. Stay away from colours that are bold.
• Check that there are no marks or dust in your shoes. Keep your nails properly cut.
