It is often said that with strong determination, a person can achieve even the unthinkable. This holds true for Payal Yadav, a young girl from Alwar district, Rajasthan. Payal lost both her hands in an accident involving a high-tension electric wire when she was just six years old. Yet, she has proven that mental strength can overcome even the toughest challenges.

A resident of Mundan Kala village in Alwar, Payal scored a perfect 100% in her Class 10 board exams, writing each paper with her feet. Her exceptional results have brought pride and joy to the entire district. Topping in every subject, Payal’s story has left people across the region awestruck.

From Tragedy to Triumph

Payal was playing when she accidentally came into contact with a live wire, suffering severe burns. To save her life, doctors had to amputate both her hands. Her family later arranged for prosthetic limbs, but within two months, Payal chose to remove them and instead began using her feet for daily tasks.

One day, Payal asked her family for a notebook and pen. The request brought tears to their eyes, but it was the beginning of an incredible journey. She started practising writing with her feet, and over time, her handwriting became so neat and confident that it amazed everyone who saw it.

From eating to writing, Payal does everything with her feet. Her perseverance and positive outlook have inspired everyone around her. She not only adapted to her new reality but mastered it.
