Former MP and member of Parliamentary board of BJP Sudha Yadav has said that there is immediate need to empower the young people with hearing impairment and work for their job oriented inclusion.

She was speaking at Welfare Centre for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment (WCPSHI) in Gurgaon during flag hoisting ceremony on Tuesday.
Amid cultural presentations by the deaf students, Yadav said such talented students should be encouraged and offered the opportunities of more social inclusiveness.

Additional deputy commissioner Hitesh Kumar Meena, who is also chairman of the society said more work options for deaf students would be created.
Meena assured to open new avenues to the deaf community and praised the engagement of social help groups and NGOs for their involvement in different spheres to help the under privileged sections of society.
Philanthropist and executive member of the center Sharad Goel said that like CSR every citizen should adopt ISR- Individual Social Responsibility and should play their individual part in development of society at a large. Also a project emphasising the mental wellness of deaf kids was launched by Emeritus Prof. Vimala Veer Raghavan.
