SSC CGL Registration 2025: Candidates can fill the application for the SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) on the official website at ssc.nic.in.

SSC CGL Registration 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is slated to release the SSC CGL 2025 notification June 9, 2025. The deadline for submitting the SSC CGL application will be July 4, 2025. Candidates can fill the application for the SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) on the official website at ssc.gov.in.

After completing the form, candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 100. Candidates will be able to make edits to the form twice by paying Rs 200 for the first modification and Rs 500 for the second.

According to the commission, the SSC CGL exam is scheduled from August 13, 2025, to August 30, 2025. It will be held in a computer-based test format.

SSC CGL Registration 2025: How To Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official website of SSC at ssc.nic.in.

Step 2: On the main site, click on the registration link available.

Step 3: Then log in to the portal and apply for the SSC CGL 2025 exam.

Step 4: To complete the process, upload all the required documents, pay the essential fee, and submit the form.

Step 5: Save and download the form.

Step 6: Keep a printout of the confirmation page.

SSC CGL Registration 2025: Exam Pattern

The Combined Graduate Level exam is conducted in two tiers, which are, Tier-I and Tier-II. The merit list will be prepared based on the overall performance of candidate in the tier-II examination only.

The Combined Graduate Level Examination 2025 will be conducted by the SSC for filling up several group ‘B’ and group ‘C’ vacancies in different departments/ ministries/ organisations of the government of India and other constitutional bodies/ statutory bodies/ tribunals among others.

Last year, the commission announced a total of 18,174 vacancies for various posts. Among these, 7,567 vacancies are allocated for the unreserved (UR) category, 2,762 for scheduled castes (SC), 1,606 for scheduled tribes (ST), 4,521 for other backward classes (OBC), and 1,718 for economically weaker sections (EWS).
