SSC CGL Tier 2 admit card 2024 released: The Staff Selection Commission announced through an official notification that the e-Admission Certificates for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination, 2024 (Tier-2), have been issued.
The official notice reads, “e-Admission Certificates of CGL Examination, 2024 (Tier-2) have been made live for download from 14/01/2025 onwards vide notice dated 08/01/2025,” mentioned the official notice.”
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has also issued important general instructions for applicants, which must be carefully reviewed. Below are the key guidelines:
The examination date is displayed in the top-left corner of the e-Admission Certificate. Additionally, the exam date, time, and venue details are provided in the section beneath the candidate’s address.
- General instructions for all candidates appearing for the SSC CGL Examination, 2024 (Tier-2), are listed after the contact number and email of the respective Regional Office.
- Candidates will not be permitted to take toilet breaks during the first hour of the exam. However, with prior approval from the invigilator, they may use the toilet before the exam begins.
- In Session I of Paper-I, Sections I, II, and III will appear sequentially, with each section unlocking only after the completion of the allotted time for the previous one. Revisiting sections that have already been completed will not be allowed.
- Candidates eligible for compensatory time are advised to check the SSC website and the relevant examination notice. They should download and print the revised e-Admission Certificate accordingly.

- Visit the official SSC regional website: Go to the official website of the SSC regional office that corresponds to your exam center.
- Click on the ‘Admit Card’ section: On the homepage, locate and click on the ‘Admit Card’ or ‘Download Admit Card’ link.
- Select SSC CGL Tier 2 admit card link: Look for the link related to the SSC CGL Tier 2 admit card and click on it.
- Enter login credentials: Provide your Registration ID/Roll Number and Date of Birth/Password in the respective fields. If you do not have these details, you can also search using your Name and Date of Birth.
- Verify the details and submit: Cross-check the entered details and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
- Download and print the admit card: Once the admit card appears on the screen, download it and take a printout. Ensure that all details, including exam date, time, venue, and instructions, are correctly mentioned.
- Read the instructions carefully: Before heading to the exam, read the instructions on the admit card thoroughly to avoid any issues on the exam day.
