Students often experience frustration and disappointment when they receive low marks in exams, which can significantly impact their lives. However, some students manage to succeed despite these challenges. One such student is Rohit Ugale, who overcame low marks in his 10th exam to build a business worth crores.
Rohit, who hails from Sinnar, a small village in Maharashtra, scored 78% in his CBSE 10th exam, falling short of his parents’ expectation of 90%. This caused tension at home, but Rohit resolved to prove that marks do not define success.
Rohit turned his focus to the digital world and began learning digital marketing through YouTube and the internet. He started freelancing by creating websites and working on small projects, dedicating himself to learning new skills.
Rohit’s interest in coding and software development grew, and he taught himself programming languages like PHP and Java without any formal training. At just 16 years old, in 2017, he founded SATMAT Technologies Pvt. Ltd., starting the company in a small room.
Today, the company employs more than 110 people and serves clients both in India and abroad. Rohit’s dedication and hard work have earned his company the Best IT Setup Company award.
