TANCET 2025: Anna University will close the registration process for the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) today, February 28, 2025. Candidates seeking admission to MBA or MCA programmes for the 2025-2026 academic session can apply via the official website: tancet.annauniv.edu.

The application fee for TANCET 2025 is Rs 1,000. However, candidates from Tamil Nadu belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Caste Arunthathiyar (SCA), or Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories are eligible for a reduced fee of Rs 500.

TANCET 2025 Exam Date

The TANCET 2025 exam will take place on March 22, 2025. The MCA exam will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, while the MBA exam will be from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Both exams are two hours long, consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions, with each question carrying one mark. A deduction of 1/4 mark will be applied for each incorrect answer.

Additionally, Anna University will also close the registration for the Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admission (CEETA-PG 2025). Candidates wishing to pursue M.E./M.Tech./M.Arch./M.Plan programmes for the 2025-2026 academic session at University Departments, Constituent Colleges of Anna University, Annamalai University, and Government or Government Aided Engineering Colleges can apply through the official website: tancet.annauniv.edu.
