BPSC (Bihar Public Service Commission) conducts its annual recruitment examination to fill the vacancies in the state administration of Bihar. It is considered to be one of the toughest exams to crack. It can, however, be cleared with unwavering dedication, and the same was done by a candidate named Manoj Kumar Yadav.
Manoj hails from Ishakchak, Bhagalpur and his father Suresh Prasad Yadav works as a milk seller. Manoj cleared the BPSC exam at the age of 35 and secured the 457th rank. He shared certain aspects of his life in a chat with News18.

Manoj also didn’t lose courage despite being 35 years old. According to him, age never becomes a roadblock in the path of success. He advised aspiring candidates to keep working hard to accomplish their goals. He said that if the candidates rely on self-study and do it properly they can achieve success in the BPSC exam. He further said that the candidates aspiring to take up jobs in BPSC should start preparing for it during the time of graduation only.
