TN 11th Result 2025 Date: Tamil Nadu class 11 result is likely to be released on May 19.

TN HSE +1 Result 2025 Date: The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu is expected to announce the Class 11 or TN HSE (+1) Result 2025 on May 19, according to reports. However, there is no official confirmation on the result date yet. Last year, the results were declared on May 14, while in 2023, they were released on May 19. Once announced, students will be able to check their scores on the official websites — tnresults.nic.in, dge.tn.gov.in, and dge1.tn.gov.in.

Over 7 lakh students appeared for the Tamil Nadu Class 11 board examinations this year and are now awaiting their results. To pass, candidates must score at least 35% marks in each subject. Those who do not qualify will have the opportunity to appear for the supplementary exams, the dates for which will be announced after the result declaration.

Step 5: Download the result and take a printout for future reference

Meanwhile, the Tamil Nadu Class 12 results were already declared on May 8, 2025. This year, a total of 7,92,494 students appeared for the Tamil Nadu HSE (+2) examination, of which 7,53,142 have successfully passed. The overall pass percentage has reached an impressive 95.03%. Continuing the trend, girls have outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 96.7%, while boys recorded 93.16%.

Students who fail to meet the minimum passing criteria or are unhappy with their scores have the option to apply for re-evaluation. To do so, they must submit a formal application along with the prescribed fee. This process gives students a chance to verify the accuracy of their marks.
