TN HSC +2 Results 2025: The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) will likely announce the Tamil Nadu Class 12 result on May 9. The TN HSC plus 2 result 2025 will be available at the official websites- dge.tn.gov.in and tnresults.nic.in. As per sources, the results will be released on May 9 at 9 am; however, indianexpress.com, is confirming details about the same from Directorate. 

The students who appeared for the  TNDGE Class 12 exams can check and download their scorecards from the official websites using their registration number and date of birth. Students can also check the TN plus 2 HSC results at the national information center of all district collectorates and central branch libraries. 

TN Class 12th Result 2025: Date and time to check  results

As per the sources, the result for TN Class 12th board exams will be announced on May 9 at  9 am. To check the TNDGE Board Result 2025 online, students are required to have their registration number and date of birth.

The Class 12 marksheet mentions the marks scored by students in different subjects. To collect the Tamil Nadu original mark sheets, students need to visit their respective schools a few days after the result 2025 declaration. Information about the supplementary exams will be announced after the TNDGE result declaration. 

The Tamil Nadu board conducted the Class 12 board exams 2025 between March 3 and March 25. The practical component of the TN board Class 12 exams was conducted between February 7 and 14.

Last year, the Tamil Nadu board declared the HSC plus 2 exam results on May 6, 2024. The  TN Board Class 12 exams last year were held between March 1 and 22.

The overall pass percentage last year was 94.56 per cent. The pass percentage last year increased slightly to 94.56 per cent from 94.03 per cent in 2023. More than 8.2 lakh students across the state appeared for the Class 12 public exam this year across 3,316 centres.

A total of 7,60,606  students appeared for the TN board class 12 exam last year. The overall pass percentage was 94.56 per cent, with the male pass percentage being 92.37 per cent and female pass percentage being 96.44 per cent.
