TS POLYCET 2025: The exam is the gateway for admission to various diploma programmes offered by government engineering colleges across Telangana.

The State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) has begun the registration process for the Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TS POLYCET) 2025 today, March 19. Aspiring diploma students can apply online at polycet.sbtet.telangana.gov.in until April 19. A late fee of Rs 300 will be applicable for registrations submitted between April 20 and 23.

TS POLYCET 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for the exam requires candidates to have passed the SSC or its equivalent, recognized by the Board of Secondary Education, TS, Hyderabad. Candidates who have compartmentally passed or are appearing for the SSC 2025 examination are also eligible, provided they clear all subjects before seeking admission.

Step 1: Visit the official website at polycet.sbtet.telangana.gov.in

Step 2: On the homepage, locate and click on the link for the TS POLYCET Exam 2025.

Step 3: Clicking on the link will open a registration window on the screen.

Step 4: Provide the required information, including your name and contact details to complete the registration.

Step 5: Once registered, log in again using the generated details to access the application form.

Step 6: Complete the application form by entering personal, professional, and educational details.

Step 7: Upload the necessary documents following the specified format and sizes.

Step 8: Make the online payment for the application fees and submit the application form.

Step 9: Download the confirmation page for your records.

TS POLYCET 2025: Application Fees

The application fee is Rs 500 for all categories, with a reduced fee of Rs 250 for SC and ST candidates.

Candidates clearing the TS POLYCET 2025 will proceed to the counselling process for admissions based on merit. The minimum qualifying marks for counselling are 30 per cent, or 36 marks out of 120, for general category candidates. There is no minimum percentage requirement for SC and ST candidates.
