Telangana’s Department of School Education will be releasing the admit card for the TS Teachers Eligibility Test (TS TET 2023) on Saturday, September 9, 2023. The candidates who have registered for the examination will be able to access and download their admit card for the TS TET 2023 exam from its official website at tstet.cgg.gov.in. The dates of the Teachers Eligibility Test have been out and it will be conducted by Telangana’s Department of School Education on September 15, 2023.
TS TET 2023 ADMIT CARD: STEPS TO APPLY
Step 1- Go to the official website of tstet.cgg.gov.in.
Step 2- Go to the homepage and you will see a TS TET 2023 admit card link, click on the link.
Step 3- You will have to fill in your valid details like your registration number and password.
Step 4- Crosscheck the details and click on submit.
Step 5- Your admit card for TS TET 2023 will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6- Click on download to get your admit card.
Step 7- Take a printout of the admit card for further use.
TS TET 2023: EXAM PATTERN
The TS TET 2023 examinations will consist of two separate papers which will be held in two different shifts. Both papers will be conducted for a duration of two and a half hours. Paper 1 will be held in the morning session from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and Paper 2 will be conducted at noon from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
Both papers are significant as the candidates who only qualify for paper 1 will be considered eligible for teaching Classes 1 to 5 and will get a certificate for that. Whereas, those candidates who clear Paper 2 as well will be granted a certificate that will make them eligible for teaching Classes 6 to 8.
For both exams, the paper pattern will remain the same. All the questions will be objective-type questions with four options to choose from for the candidates. Each question will be of one mark. There will be no negative marking on both the papers.
Paper 1 will be a of total 150 marks:-
Child Development and Pedagogy – 30 marks
Language I – 30 marks
Language II English – 30 marks
Mathematics – 30 marks
Environmental studies – 30 marks
Paper 2 will also be carrying 150 marks in total:-
Child Development and Pedagogy – 30 marks
Language I – 30 marks
Language II English – 30 marks
For Mathematics and Science teacher – 60 marks Mathematics and Science exam
For Social Studies Teacher – 60 marks Social Studies exam
For teachers of any other subject, they can choose between both exams.
