TSPSC Group 1 result, rank list out: The Telangana Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has released the marks and general ranking list (GRL) for the Group 1 services examination 2024 on its official website, tspsc.gov.in. Candidates can now check their final marks through the candidate login portal on the TSPSC website until 5 pm on April 4. The TSPSC Group 1 recruitment drive aims to fill 563 Group 1 vacancies in Telangana.
The TSPSC Group 1 Mains exam was conducted from October 21 to 27, and the results were declared on March 10, 2025. After the announcement, candidates were allowed to apply for a recount of provisional marks between March 10 and March 24. The commission has now published the total marks of candidates who appeared for all seven papers, along with the memorandum of marks and the general ranking list.

It is important to note that the General Ranking List has been generated only for candidates who have qualified in the English paper and met the minimum aggregate qualifying marks. Further, candidates shortlisted from the general ranking list will be invited for certificate verification. They will receive individual notifications and official updates through the TSPSC website.
TSPSC Group 1: What is the minimum qualifying marks?
The TSPSC Group 1 Mains exam comprised seven descriptive papers and was held in afternoon sessions from 2 pm to 5 pm. A total of 31,382 candidates advanced to the Mains after clearing the preliminary exam.
To qualify for the TSPSC Group 1 Mains exam, candidates must achieve the minimum marks set by the exam authority. The required qualifying marks vary based on the candidate’s category.

Candidates belonging to the open category (OC), economically weaker sections (EWS), and meritorious sportsperson categories must secure at least 40% of the total aggregate marks across all papers.
For candidates from the backward classes (BC) category, the minimum qualifying percentage is set at 35%.
Meanwhile, candidates from scheduled castes (SC), scheduled tribes (ST), and persons with disabilities (PH) categories need to score at least 30 per cent to qualify.
