UP NEET PG Counselling 2023 Stray Vacancy Round Merit List Declared, Admission Guidelines Released – News18

The Director General of Medical Education and Training for the state of Uttar Pradesh has declared the merit list for the UP NEET PG 2023 stray vacancy round. Candidates who applied for this round can view the UP NEET PG counselling 2023 stray vacancy merit list at upneet.gov.in. Those who successfully made it to the merit list will have to download their allocation letters and report to the assigned colleges for further document verification and admission. The last date to report to the colleges is October 20.

UP NEET PG 2023 stray vacancy round: How to check merit list

Step 1: Visit upneet.gov.in, the official website for UP NEET admissions.

Step 2: On the webpage, look for the NEET PG stray vacancies round merit list link.

Step 3: Open the merit list pdf.

Step 4: The UP NEET PG merit list 2023 will be shown on the screen.

Step 5: Print a copy of the UP NEET PG merit list 2023 and keep it for future records.

Candidates who are willing to take admission to the assigned colleges will have to submit a security deposit of Rs 30,000 for government colleges. The DGME has also released a set of guidelines for candidates shortlisted in the UP NEET PG stray vacancy round. It stated that candidates will have to appear in person for admission to the assigned medical colleges along with all the original documents, and other required certificates.

Furthermore, candidates will have to deposit a CTS bank draft of the tuition fee prescribed by the government for govt and private colleges in favor of the DGME. The admission fees are available on the respective websites of the institutions. Besides, candidates will have to undergo a mandatory medical examination to be conducted by the medical college they are taking admission at. Reserved category candidates of UP will have to submit category certificates issued on or after April 1, 2023.
