The Uttar Pradesh National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (UP NMMS) 2024 admit card has been released. Candidates who registered for the exam can download their hall tickets by visiting the official website at entdata.co.in. As per the official schedule, the UP NMMS 2024 will be held on Sunday, November 5.
The exam test is conducted to offer eligible students a scholarship of Rs 12,000 all through Classes 9 to 12. The Uttar Pradesh Examination Regulatory Authority, Prayagraj, is in charge of overseeing this scholarship scheme, which aims to provide financial support to deserving students based on merit and economic requirements.
UP NMMS 2024 Admit Card: How To Download
Step 1: Go to UP NMMS official website at entdata.co.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the admit card link
Step 3: As a new page opens, candidates need to log in using their application number
Step 4: The UP NMMS 2023 admit card will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Download the admit card. Take a printout for further use.
Candidates must cross-check all the details on the UP NMMS 2024 admit card and report to the authorities in case of any error on it. Students will have to carry the hall ticket to the exam centre on the day of the test as without it they will not be allowed to appear in the exam.
Earlier, the last date to apply for the UP NMMS scheme 2024 was September 18 but it was later extended to September 28. Students who pass the class 7 exam with at least 55 per cent aggregate marks in the 2022-23 academic year were only eligible to apply for the UP NMMS scholarship.
Furthermore, candidates from the reserved categories, including SC and ST, will receive a 5 per cent reduction in the minimum passing marks criteria. However, those enrolled in Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV), Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Sainik School, government residential and private schools are ineligible to take part in the scholarship exam. According to the Ministry of Education’s scholarship criteria, students applying for the UP NMMS scheme must come from families with an annual income of not more than Rs 3.5 lakh.
