The Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC Civil Services (CSE) prelims results today. Candidates who appeared in May 28 IAS exam will be able to check their qualifying status by visiting the official website, upsc.gov.in. A total of 14,616 candidates have qualified for the UPSC IAS Mains exam 2023.
All candidates who qualified will have to apply again in the Detailed Application Form-I (DAF-I) for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2023, the commission said, adding that the detailed instruction to fill the DAF-1 form will be notified shortly.
“Candidates are also informed that marks, cut off marks and answer keys of CS (P) Examination, 2023 will be uploaded on the Commission’s website i.e. https://upsc.gov.in only after the entire process of the Civil Services Examination, 2023 is over i.e. after the declaration of final result,” the UPSC result notification read.
Steps to check UPSC IAS prelims result 2023
Candidates can check the name and roll number of candidates qualified for the IAS Mains exam 2023 by following the steps given below.
- Go to the UPSC official website, upsc.gov.in.
- Click on the “UPSC civil services preliminary results 2023” link on the homepage.
- Now, again click on the link that says Result of written exam with roll number and name of qualified candidates.
- Then, Press Ctrl+F, typer roll number or name to check the qualifying status.
