VITEEE 2025 Slot Booking: The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) will commence the VITEEE 2025 slot booking process on April 10. Registered candidates can access the slot booking link from the official website at viteee.vit.ac.in.
The Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) is conducted annually for admission to BTech programmes offered across VIT’s campuses in Vellore, Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, and Bhopal. For Indian nationals, appearing in VITEEE 2025 is a mandatory requirement to be considered eligible for BTech admission at any of the VIT campuses.
How to book a slot for VITEEE 2025
Candidates appearing for VITEEE 2025 must complete the slot booking process to select their preferred exam date, time, and center. Here are the steps to book your slot:
Step 1: Visit the official VITEEE website: viteee.vit.ac.in.
Step 2: Log in using your application number and password.
Step 3: Click on the “VITEEE 2025 Slot Booking” link available on the portal.
Step 4: Choose your preferred exam date, time slot, and city from the available options.
Step 5: Carefully verify all entered details and click on the “Submit” button to confirm your booking.
VITEEE 2025: What is the exam pattern?
The VITEEE 2025 exam will be held in computer-based mode for a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes. The paper will consist of 125 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with one mark awarded for each correct answer. There is no negative marking for incorrect responses.
Candidates who score zero marks will be declared ‘Not Qualified’ and will not be eligible to participate in the VITEEE 2025 counselling process. The question paper will be available in English only and will include 40 questions from Mathematics or Biology (depending on the stream chosen), 35 from Physics, 35 from Chemistry, 10 from Aptitude, and 5 from English.
VITEEE 2025: What next after results?
Once the results are announced, VIT will next announce the counselling dates and selected candidates can participate in online counseling based on their ranking. They can give options for specific campus, programme and category of fees. Allotment will be based on the matching of the rank obtained and available options.
