Want To Join IIM Bodh Gaya? Know MBA Admission Policy For 2025-27, Weightage To CAT Score – News18

The IIM offers 300 seats for its prestigious MBA course. The admission process of IIM Bodh Gaya consists of CAT examination score, and Personal Interview (PI) process.

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya has announced the admissions policy for its Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme for the academic year 2025-27. As per the official notice, unreserved category candidates must have scored 50% marks in UG, and SC, ST, and PwD category candidates must have secured 45%.

The IIM offers 300 seats for its prestigious MBA course. The admission process of IIM Bodh Gaya consists of:

— CAT Examination

— Shortlisting candidates for the Personal Interview (PI) process.

— Conducting the PI process.

The final merit list will be based on performance in CAT 2024, PI score, and Profile score. The criteria for preparing the final merit list will be as follows:

— CAT Score: 45%

— Personal Appearance: 25%

— Profile: 30%

“The 8 IIMs (IIM Bodhgaya, IIM Jammu, IIM Kashipur, IIM Nagpur, IIM Ranchi, IIM Sirmaur, IIM Trichy and IIM Udaipur) have decided to adopt a common admission process (CAP 2025 process) of PI through Offline Mode and to be coordinated this year by IIM Bodh Gaya. In addition to the common process as mentioned, IIM Bodh Gaya may conduct a supplementary admission process (SAP 2025). The performance of the candidate in PI of CAP 2025 and SAP 2025 would be considered for preparing the merit list,” states the official notice.

IIM Bodh Gaya will consider 20% weightage for PI and 5% weightage for WAT. It will also consider 14% weightage for academic profile and 16% for work experience.
