The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has released the round 2 seat allotment result for Joint Entrance for admission into the MCA course (JECA) today, October 9. Candidates who appeared in the counselling process can visit the official website of WBJEEB at wbjeeb.nic.in and check out the results.

Candidates who have been allotted seats in the second round of counselling will be required to report to the allotted college to complete the admission process between October 9 and October 13. As per the JECA Counselling 2023 schedule, shortlisted candidates will have to pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 5000 and report to the allocated institute for document verification and admission. However, if the candidate fails to pay the seat acceptance fee, the current allotment will be cancelled, and the candidate will not be considered for seat allotment in any future round.

JECA Counselling 2023: How to Check Seat Allotment Results?

Step 1: Visit the official website of WBJEEB at wbjeeb.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the seat allotment result link available on the homepage

Step 3: Key in the login credentials and submit.

Step 4: Once done, JECA Round 2 Seat Allotment 2023 result will be displayed on your screen.

Step 5: Cross-check the details and download the Seat Allotment result.

Step 6: Keep a hard copy of the same for future records.

Shortlisted students will have to carry some documents to the allotted institute for document verification and the admission process. This includes WB JECA 2023 Counselling registration form,  WB JECA rank card, Provisional Seat Allotment Letter, Date of birth certificate, Class 10 and 12 passing certificates, etc.

Candidates must also carry their caste certificate (candidates having OBC certificates (NCL) issued before December 31, 2009, should have them revalidated from the issuing authority, with either OBC-A(NCL) or OBCB (NCL) category clearly mentioned. NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate has to be issued on or after April 1, 2023, by the competent authority) as well as domicile certificate, if applicable.
