WBBSE Madhyamik Result 2025 Date And Time: Once out, students can check their Madhyamik results from the official websites at wbbse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in.

The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or WBBSE has announced the date for announcement of the Madhyamik results 2025. The WB Board class 10 results will be declared on Friday, May 2 at 9 am. The merit list up to the first 10th position will be published along with the results. Once out, students can check their Madhyamik results from the official website of the Board of Secondary Education – wbbse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in.

The Madhyamik Board will announce the results 70 days after the conclusion of the exams. This year, the Madhyamik examination began on February 10 and ended on February 22. A total of 9,84,894 students had taken the secondary school exams which is 62,000 more than last year. The exams were held across a total of 2683 centers in the state.

WBBSE Madhyamik Results 2025: How To Check?

Step 1: Go to the official website of WBBSE – wbbse.wb.gov.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link for WBBSE Madhyamik Results 2025

Step 3: Enter your roll number, date of birth and other required details

Step 4: Click on the submit button and your WBBSE 10th Result 2025 will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Download the result and take a printout for future reference

WBBSE Madhyamik Results 2025: Previous Years’ Results

In 2024, the Madhyamik results were published on the May 2 and in 2023, they were announced on May 19. As many as 9,23,013 students took the secondary examination in 2024. Among them, the number of male students was 4,05,994 and the number of female students was 5,170,19. Of the total, 765252 candidates, or 86.31 per cent passed the Class 10 exam. In 2023, the number of candidates who took the exam was 6,82,321. Out of this 5,65,428 passed. The pass rate stood at 86.15 per cent.

Last year, Kalimpong was the best-performing district with 96.2 per cent followed by East Midnapore with 95.4 per cent. Kolkata was in the third position with 91.6 per cent pass rate this year. In 2023, East Medinipur was the top-performing district with 96.81 per cent pass rate. 94.13 per cent of students passed from Kalimpong and was in second place. Kolkata was in the third place with 93.75 per cent pass rate.
