WBBSE WB Board Madhyamik Result 2025 Direct Link: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) on May 2 will declare Class 10 annual board results. The WB board Madhyamik exam result link can be accessed at wbbse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in. In addition to the West Bengal board Class 10 result websites, the IE Education portal will also be hosting the WBBSE Madhyamik results. To check and download the WB board Class 10 results at education.indianexpress.com, students will have to register for free with their email ID and mobile number.
This year, the WBBSE Class 10 theory examination was held from February 10 to February 22. 9,84,753 candidates took the WB board examination held at 2,683 centres across the state.
WBBSE Madhyamik Results 2025: When and where to check WB Class 10th results
The president of the ad-hoc committee of WBBSE will announce the WB board Madhyamik results on May 2 at 9 AM in the office of the West Bengal Board, Nivedita Bhavan, DJ-8, Sector-II, Salt Lake, Kolkata– 700091. The WBBSE Class 10 Madhyamik results will be made available at wbbse.wb.gov.in from 9:45 am and schools will get the marksheets and certificates from their respective camp offices of the Board from 10 am. The WB Class 10 Madhyamik results can also be accessed at education.indianexpress.com.
The minimum passing marks to pass WB Madhyamik exams in 33 per cent in every subject. Students who fail to secure the minimum pass percentage need to reappear for supplementary exams conducted by WB board. Candidates can also avail the option of getting their answer scripts re-evaluated. The details for the same will be notified later on the board website.
The online marksheets will contain the marks secured in different subjects along with name, date of birth, parents’ names etc. Any discrepancy must be reported immediately to the respective school.

How did the students fare last year
As many as 9,12,598 candidates registered for the Class 10 examinations in 2024. In the same year, WBBSE announced class 10 board results on May 2 with a pass percentage of 83.61 per cent. The pass percentage in Class 10 board results West Bengal board was 83.61 per cent last year. Kalimpong emerged as the best performing district in the state with an overall pass percentage of 96.26 per cent. Chandrachur Sen from Cooch, Behar stood first with an impressive score of 99 per cent. In 2023, the results were declared on May 19 with an overall pass percentage of 86.15 per cent.
